Our stay for 7 nights in a Queen Room was enjoyable, especially being so close to the vibrant Yatai stalls. While the restaurants could improve their vegetarian options, the quick access to local cuisine made it worthwhile. Pro tip, ask staff for nearby dining recommendations!

the grand hyatt had helpful staff who went above and beyond. the hotel is linked to the canal city shopping mall, making it easy to explore. we especially appreciated the large twin room that was clean and spacious. the indoor swimming pool was a nice touch too.

the grand hyatt has a fantastic location right next to a mall, making shopping super easy. The staff is incredibly helpful. they even surprised us with a birthday cake! the room was lovely, and i enjoyed the fitness center and the indoor pool a lot.

The Queen Room was spacious and felt luxurious, a perfect retreat after a day out. Super clean and had nice amenities, but the bed could have been comfier. The shower was great, though the bathroom could use some updates. It was cool being connected to the mall for easy shopping. Overall, a solid spot!

It was a good pick for a fleeting trip in Fukuoka with a good price-value balance. The staff, especially Miki, were super helpful during check-in. Use a taxi for easier transportation to the train station.

the a/c was off in winter so the room got pretty warm. the staff was super helpful, bringing me to the hospital and translating. The room was huge and clean with a nice view.
